Hi, I’m Maegan McRoberts, LICSW

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to navigate your struggles alone. I help adults struggling with insomnia, chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and depression regain a sense of control. My approach is supportive and results-oriented, whether that means improving sleep, easing physical and emotional strain, or finding relief from mental exhaustion.

My Background & Approach

As a licensed clinical social worker, I have experience providing therapy in mental health and neurology settings, including working with individuals facing chronic pain, PTSD, and insomnia. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD. I also have experience utilizing CBT for chronic pain (CBT-CP) and CBT for headaches (CBT-HA) in clinical settings, helping individuals develop strategies to improve their daily functioning.

I believe therapy should be both effective and personalized, helping you build strategies that fit your life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical—whether you're looking for structured tools to improve sleep or a supportive space to navigate life's challenges.
